SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, and in salable condition. All refunds require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped. If it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility we may find you eligible for a 50% refund. This is on a case by case basis at KANDYCODED's discretion.

If an item is damaged in transit and we are unable to replace the item, a refund is applicable if photos of the damaged item are provided by the CUSTOMER. If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at owner@kandycoded.com. Please include clear photos of all damage sustained to the packaging and to the item along with your order#, product type, Name, phone number and shipping address. We will then replace the item at no additional cost to you. 

We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs. It is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to ensure the purchased product does not violate local laws. Should Customs confiscate or return a package to us the CUSTOMER is responsible fo all shipping charges to and from us. KANDYCODED is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered products.
